What's in my gym bag?

 Yep, another pair of Nikes (they're my favourite gym shoes), similar here. These were the trainers I bought as a well done after my first ever bootcamp nearly a year ago, I feel so attached to them as we've been through so much together...weirdo!

Polar ft4 heart rate monitor, I bought mine from argos. I find heart rate training really useful, it helps me to push myself but not too far, I also like knowing how many calories I've burnt, although 200 for 30 day shred is very disappointing! If you're a serious gym bunny I'd definitely recommend thinking about heart rate training.

 

No tangle brush, similar here. This brush is a an absolute god send for untangling my hair after I've been for a swim!

Full repair c/o John Freida, I got sent these samples a few weeks back and they've proved really useful in my gym bag for post swim showers. Chlorine is notriously bad for hair, especially on a regular basis and I've found using these products has helped keep my hair looking super healthy.

Deodorant - Sure ... no one wants to smell right?! I dont know why I have a mens deodorant, probably because it was on offer....

Carnival body mist - & other stories this sweet, fruity body mist goes everywhere with me. It's such a beautiful scent and lasts really well on skin and clothes.

Heart print towel - Primark

Bikini - c/o sports direct* I have a tonnes of swimwear perfect for lounging on the beach in but when I started swimming I realized I needed a bikini fit for purpose so picked this one up as it's a little sportier and it fits me really well, I feel much more comfortable pratting around at water aerobics in this than I do my topshop numbers.
